About Us

Pioneer Minerals (ASX: PMM) is a North American focused critical minerals explorer advancing a portfolio of tungsten, antimony, uranium and lithium projects in the United States and Canada. Our strategy is to build district-scale positions in proven mining jurisdictions, targeting commodities essential to the energy transition and the development of resilient North American supply chains.

The North Pine Project in Idaho is the company’s flagship asset. Pioneer holds 223 lode claims covering approximately 18.4 km² in Valley County, positioned adjacent to Perpetua Resources’ Stibnite antimony-gold development. Recent field programs have confirmed a high grade scheelite skarn system at the Springfield prospect, with rock-chip assays returning tungsten grades up to 2.98% WO3 and numerous supporting samples above 0.6% WO3. A separate gold  vein system has delivered gold grades up to 7.75 g/t Au. At Silver Cliffs, early sampling has outlined an emerging epithermal style gold, silver, and antimony system, including assays of 3.89 g/t Au and 34.8 g/t Ag with elevated antimony. A high-resolution magnetic and radiometric survey covering about 34 km² has been completed with interpolation underway with the goal of defining structural corridors and lithological trends that will guide drill targeting.

The Skull Creek Uranium Project in Colorado covers approximately 15.5 km² along 17 km of prospective stratigraphy within the Sego Sandstone. Field mapping and radiometric surveying have delineated four priority target areas, with rock-chip assays returning up to 1,240 ppm U3O8 and handheld spectrometer readings up to 10,100 cps at the Sego Target. Initial soil geochemistry has been completed on a 20 m by 80 m grid to assist with defining drill-ready ISR-style targets beneath shallow cover along the broader trend.

The Central Buttes Uranium Project in Wyoming comprises 69 claims in the Pumpkin Buttes district, one of the most prolific sandstone-hosted uranium provinces in the United States. The project targets roll-front uranium mineralisation within the Wasatch Formation. Specialist spectral analysis has identified multiple high-priority anomalies coincident with clusters of historical uranium occurrences, including pyrite, hematite, illite–muscovite and helium indicators that collectively support the potential for concealed roll-front systems. These anomalies form the basis for upcoming ground radiometric surveys.

The Benham Lithium Project in Ontario provides exposure to the North American spodumene supply chain through a 30-claim package covering approximately 1,245 hectares in a region known for LCT pegmatite systems. Early field work identified a spodumene-rich pegmatite body approximately 40 metres long and 5 metres wide with visual spodumene content locally estimated at up to 80 percent. Channel sampling has confirmed lithium grades up to 4.61 percent Li2O, highlighting the potential for a meaningful spodumene system that can be advanced in response to improving lithium market conditions.

The Root Lake Lithium Project in Ontario consists of 94 contiguous claims covering approximately 1,927 hectares in the Root Bay region, directly adjoining an established lithium resource held by Green Technology Metals. Mapping, trenching and mechanical stripping have identified more than 90 pegmatite outcrops across several promising corridors. Grab samples have returned grades up to 2.95 percent Li2O, with channel samples up to 3,530 ppm Li confirming the presence of multiple LCT pegmatite trends with defined drill targets. With lithium sentiment improving, Pioneer is positioned to reactivate exploration across the most prospective areas.
