Agha Shahzad Pervez
Non-Executive Chairman
Mr Pervez is an experienced Company Director, CFO and Company Secretary, with over 13 years’ experience working with ASX listed companies.
Mr Pervez currently holds a role of Executive Chairman of Viridis Mining and Minerals Ltd (ASX: VMM) and Non-Executive Director of Pioneer Lithium Limited (ASX: PLN). Previously, Mr Pervez was Chief Financial Officer of Battery Age Mineral and also held numerals roles at Resonance Health Limited (ASX: RHT) including CFO and Company Secretary.

Chris Gerteisen
Non-Executive Director
Mr Gerteisen is a seasoned mining executive with over 30 years of experience leading resource projects from exploration to production across North America, Australia, and Asia
Trained in Economic Geology and Mineral Economics, he brings extensive expertise in project development, operations, capital markets, and government relations. He has held multiple senior executive and board roles with major industry players and currently serves as the CEO and Executive Director of Nova Minerals Limited (ASX and NASDAQ: NVA).

Paul Hughes
Non-Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr Hughes is an experienced finance & accounting professional with a demonstrated track record of success in financial leadership and strategic decision making. With experience across a range of sectors including the last 12 years within ASX listed mining environment, Mr Hughes has consistently delivered exception results, driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Battery Age, Mr Hughes held multiple finance positions within Pilbara Minerals, most recently overseeing the Corporate, Planning & Investment function. In this role, he was responsible for delivering integrated mine, financial, and business planning encompassing vital aspects such as life-of-mine modelling, expansion plans, capital, funding, and financing strategies, which recently delivered final investment decisions for the expansion projects at the Pilgangoora mine site.
Mr Hughes has also held senior finance positions at Orica (Mining Explosives), Downer Mining (Mining Contractor) and early career experience in the finance and banking sectors. Mr Hughes holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA).

Michael Beven
Chief Executive Officer
Michael is an Exploration Geologist with over ten-years’ experience exploring for multiple commodities including Gold, Copper, Uranium, Rare Earths, Titanium and Lithium with a reputation for no nonsense project management and project development.
Michael has experience leading exploration teams domestically and internationally working on projects located in remote locations across South Australia, Brazil and James Bay Canada. He brings the exploration skills and project management experience required to advance Pioneer Lithium’s portfolio of assets from early-stage exploration to discovery and further to resource definition and beyond. Prior to commencing with Pioneer Lithium Michael ran his own consultancy where he advised numerous ASX listed explorers on exploration best practice and provided strategic advice on project acquisition. He has been one of the leading figures behind the discovery and development of rare earth projects in South Australia and played a critical role in the early development of Petratherms Muckanippie Titanium projects.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Mineral Geoscience from the Adelaide University.

Ben Donovan
Company Secretary
Mr Donovan is the Principle of Argus Corporate Partners and is a chartered secretary and member of the Governance Institute of Australia. He provides corporate advisory, IPO and consultancy services to a number of companies. Ben is currently a company secretary of several ASX listed companies and has gained experience across resources, agritech, biotech, media and technology industries.
He has extensive experience is listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the ASX in Perth for nearly three years, where he managed the listing of nearly 100 companies. In addition, Ben has experience in the capital markets having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving an initial listing on the ASX, and for a period of time, worked as a private client adviser at a boutique stock broking group.

Jay Stephenson
Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary
Mr Stephenson is a seasoned corporate executive and advisor with over 35 years of experience in business development and corporate governance. He has served as a Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for numerous listed and unlisted companies across sectors including natural resources, information technology, manufacturing, nutraceuticals, hospitality and property.
During his 29 years in senior management, Mr Stephenson has led business acquisitions, mergers, IPOs, capital raisings and corporate restructurings, while overseeing financial management across a broad range of organisations. His international experience spans Australia, Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea and various African nations.
Mr Stephenson holds a Master of Business Administration and is a Fellow of CPA Australia, a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada), a Certified Management Accountant (Canada) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
